All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only given in extreme circumstances and are subject to review by Hip Hop Fanatic. If you receive a broken/damaged product you will receive the same item upon return of the damaged item, and 25% of the purchase price will also be refunded to compensate you for any inconvenience.
